Seasons Of Refreshing Vision

01. To provide a safe environment for people to meet for prayer, Bible study, counseling, as well as fun and fellowship.

02. To gather together women who have been hurt in any way, from physical abuse, mental and emotional abuse, or who have suffered the effects of abandonment and/or loss throughout their lives.

03. To also gather together strong, vibrant and loving women to care for those who are hurt.

04. To provide meaningful Bible study and instruction for the purpose of discipleship to all who enter the ministry sessions that are held in the ministry chatroom.

05. To develop strong leadership within the ministry that are able to hold separate meetings for men and women, either for ministry or fellowship.

The goal would be to see the room occupied 24 hours a day 7 days a week with people from around the world holding meetings in all time zones to present the gospel, to pray, and to have fellowship with believers in all walks of life, or to help those who desire to come to know Jesus as their personal Lord and savior.

06. To provide teaching sessions on practical everyday matters such as cooking, use of a computer, and/or other skills as suggested by the members of the ministry.

07. To provide email lists for the purpose of allowing free exchange between the ministry members between meetings, and to accommodate those who would like to be a part of Seasons Of Refreshing who are not comfortable talking in a chatroom, thus expanding the number of people we can serve.

08. To provide a telephone conference line for the purpose of fellowship, or as a means of talking directly with several people at once to work on a project, to provide counseling, or for the purpose of special prayer.

09. To provide practically for our ministry members in everyday situations, such as sending them a microphone to participate in the chatroom, or from time to time to provide necessities such as a phone or small appliance that they cannot afford. And in future, to go beyond these small helps to provide such things as:

• A. Prescription medication assistance
  1. Secure someone to develop and run the assistance program
  2. To hire staff to help the program director
  3. To have a public relations director to make the community or communities aware of our program through the means of
     • a. media, papers, magazines, radio, television and internet
     • b. speaking engagements
     • c. contacting doctors in private practice, clinics, hospitals and other health organizations and/or service groups.
• B. transportation to appointments and/or shopping
• C. reading assistance for mail and to pay bills as needed.
• d. computer, including software and training, especially for our blind and/or disabled members

10. To secure grants for the purpose of carrying out number 9 above. In addition:

• A. To buy the talking communities chat client software
• B. To purchase a server to set up rooms
• C. To hire a computer technician to set up the server, software and attendant rooms
  1. This technician would need to agree to learn to use the screenreader software that our blind members are using, especially JAWS For Windows produced by Freedom Scientific, and Window Eyes produced by gw micro,
  2. Be willing to provide technical help both for the chat client, and also for any other computer problems that the members might be having
  3. To behave in a professional manner and refrain from profanity, or any reference to sex when speaking with someone in the ministry

11. to hire someone to direct fund raisers for the ministry

12. To legally become an online church/fellowship with the ability to ordain and license several of the ministry leaders I already have in place.

For The Future!

01. To develop a program with the activities directors of retirement villages, assisted living centers and nursing homes that would allow their residents to participate in our ministry sessions.

02. To provide a taylor made school program for seriously ill or disabled children confined to home or even their bed so that they could go to school online This would require staff and teachers to make it a reality. It would also necessitate computers, and any special or adaptive software for each student to participate.

03. To find new and meaningful means of growing the ministry through media appearances on radio and/or television, as well as providing exposure through email blasts.

Final Comments!

It is my desire, that through prayer and listening to the Holy Spirit that we can accomplish all the things listed on this outline, as well as continuing to wait upon the Lord for the new direction into which he may lead us.
